About PayPal protection
The vast majority of our buyers receive their items quickly and smoothly. However, if you don't receive your item or if it arrives significantly not as described or your items were damaged when you received it, then you can claim the full value of your purchase (including postage) back when you pay with PayPal.
How it works
You can open a dispute in the PayPal Security Centre by clicking, 'Open a transaction dispute' under the 'Report a Problem' heading on the left.
PayPal will facilitate communication between you and the seller. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute to a claim.
A decision will be made by PayPal after reviewing the details of the claim. If found in the buyer's favour, PayPal will reimburse the total amount of the purchase.
Note: No deductible or additional fees will be charged when a buyer receives reimbursement
